In 1995, Harry Hornsey was perhaps the only nine-year-old boy in rural Devon with a homemade Elvis costume, and since then he’s never looked back.
Unfortunately he had to stop doing Elvis impersonations in public. He was just too good and it caused riots.
But then he discovered the blues, became a man, and moved to the seaside (Brighton), which is where you can find him today.
Harry sings and plays acoustic & electric guitar, with a repertoire that covers pre-war blues, ragtime, delta classics, and occasionally a little bit of country and rock’n’roll. You might even get some klezmer or a gospel medley thrown in if the party really gets going!
Harry is ready, willing and able for bookings at pubs, clubs, parties, weddings, bar mitzvahs, hoedowns, showdowns and all-round good times.
